At Light Art Studio, we take pride in delivering luxury lighting products with care, precision, and timeliness. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Custom-made or made-to-order items may take 10-21 or more business days for production, depending on the complexity of the design. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

2. Partial Payment Requirement for COD Orders

To secure high-value Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, all orders above ₹40,000 require a 5% advance payment before processing.

The advance payment is non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Refusal to accept the order upon delivery.
  • Cancellation of the order after dispatch.
  • Failure to complete the COD transaction at the time of delivery.

The balance amount must be paid upon successful delivery of the order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship pan-India.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Express Shipping (on request): 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, remote locations, or during peak seasons.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

You can track your order status through our website or by contacting our customer support.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and product.

In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will assist you with a replacement or refund after verifying the shipping records.

Please ensure the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Special Requests
If you have a preferred courier, special delivery instruction, or urgent requirement, please mention it while placing the order or contact us directly.
