Return and Refund Policy

Returns

If you would like to return a product, no questions asked, Light Art Studio will charge you a re-stocking fee of 12%.
Please write to us at info@lastudio.in, or call us at 9832788090, and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
You can only request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
The product should not have been installed, and the product(s) should not have any wear and tear. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Light Art Studio in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.
Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.
Refunds are initiated only through bank account transactions, and not in cash.
LAS bears the courier cost for product-related issues. For return policy-related requests, the customer bears the charges.
It takes around 5 to 7 working days for us to process the refund when we receive the same in good condition.
To issue a credit note against the returned items (perfect condition), it could take up to 2 business days.

Exchanges

If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with the customer service by email at info@lastudio.in – within 24 hours of delivery. You must include video evidence of the product and any damages you are reporting.
Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained.
On receiving your complaint, LAS shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, Light Art Studio will initiate the replacement process.
In order to exchange the product, you must comply with these conditions:
- Please notify LAS with the receipt + video evidence of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, Light Art Studio shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
- Products should be unused and not installed.
- Light Art Studio will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect product through its logistics partner. If we are unable to do so, Light Art Studio will notify you regarding this. You will then be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. (Any courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Light Art Studio.)
- Products should be returned in their original packaging.
- We advice that your return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
- Returned products are subject to verification and checks by Light Art Studio in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
- Once the product is received by Light Art Studio, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within around 24 hours.

Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You can modify an order (with products of the same or more value) within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped.
If you want to modify your order (within 24 hours) before the order has been shipped, please contact us at the number 9832788090 or please send us an email at info@lastudio.in with the new product details (name, colour, price, size)

Customer Terms & Conditions

Installation is a chargeable service.
Damages are to be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Corrosion due to sustained exposure to the sea breeze, use of harsh chemicals, wet cloth or water on the product surfaces is not recommended.
You should only use a dry microfiber cloth to clean the product, to avoid damage.
