Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 4–8 working days depending on your location. Pre-sale items have a specified dispatch date on the product page.
Click on the “Account” icon at the top right and follow the signup steps. You can also create an account during checkout.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order ID and the new address.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it in your account dashboard.
No, we don’t store your card details. Payments are securely processed via trusted gateways like Razorpay.
All applicable taxes are included in the product price shown.
Currently, we only ship within India. For international orders, please contact us for a custom quote.
Depending on size and availability, your items may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each package if split.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist you.
General Guidelines:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition, with intact packaging, labels, and accessories.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply for returns due to customer choice, along with courier charges, unless the return is due to damage or defect.
- Video evidence of product condition at the time of unpacking is highly recommended to ensure authenticity. This video should include the tax invoice, timestamp, and product labels.
- Returns are subject to a quality inspection. If the product fails the inspection, it will be returned to the customer.
